'Do not see all disasters as opportunity': Varun Gandhi against the Central Government in the rescue mission

New Delhi: BJP MP Varun Gandhi has slammed the central government about its efforts in the Ukraine rescue mission. Varun said that not all disasters should be seen as opportunity and blamed that no action was taken by the government on time.

Varun Gandhi is questioning the central government by sharing a Twitter video by a student, describing the misery in Ukraine. As claimed by the student, the official number given by Government officials is not being answered and there is no response from the Indian Embassy either. They have been asked to reach the border themselves, that is 800 kms away from where they are trapped. The student says that there is no way to reach there.

Referring to the video, Varun Gandhi said that the government should remember that it is not a bounty but a duty to bring back those who are stranded. He has asked the government not to utilize the situation as an opportunity when more than 15,000 people are still stranded in Ukraine.

Fifteen thousand students are trapped because the center did not act on the right time and it is the responsibility of the government to bring them back safely. Varun Gandhi tweeted that not all tragedies should be turned into opportunity.
