Kyiv: An Indian student was killed in a Russian attack in Ukraine.  Naveen Kumar, 21, a native of Karnataka, was killed in Harki.  The bomb struck shortly after noon before a train station.  Naveen is a fourth-year medical student at Harkiv Medical University. Naveen Kumar is a native of Chalageri village in Karnataka. A civilian from Israel also has been killed.

With profound sorrow we confirm that an Indian student lost his life in shelling in Kharkiv this morning. The Ministry is in touch with his family.
