Pala Diocese Expatriate Apostolate forms a Working Committee for Middle East Countries

Doha: The Expatriate Apostolate of the Diocese of Pala has set up a Working Committee for Middle East Countries. The committee was formed during the Middle East delegation meeting of the Apostolate the other day.


Jutus Paul (Qatar) was chosen as the coordinator. Lizzie Fernandes (UAE) Media & Women Coordinator, Sivi Paul (Kuwait) Joint Coordinator, Rajith Mathew (Saudi Arabia) Secretary, Rollin Thomas (Bahrain) Joint Secretary, Sojin John (UAE) Treasurer and Binoy Palaykaparampil (Oman) Joint Treasurer are the other office bearers.


Fr. Kuroakose Vellachalil, Director, presided over the virtual meeting and Fr. Mani Kozhupankutty, Pala Diocese SYM Director, Fr. George Nellikkal, Gujarat, Shajimon Mankuzhikari, Pala Diocese Pravasi Apostolate (PDMA) General Coordinator and other PDMA representatives from the Middle East, viz: Manoj P Mathew (Qatar), Prince Ittiyekat (UAE), Jobins John Pallet (Kuwait), Ajesh (Saudi Arabia), Nidheesh (Bahrain), Joseph Scaria (Oman) and Aneesh Antony (Israel) were in attendance.


The meeting lauded the work being done by the Expatriate Apostolate to repatriate Indian students from Ukraine.
