Kochi: For the first time in the history of the High Court, a Women only full bench will preside over High Court Proceedings on account of International Women's Day. The full bench comprises of Justices Anu Sivaraman, V. Shircy and M.R Anitha.

The sitting is scheduled for three-thirty in the evening.

The full bench is adjudicating a petition filed by the government seeking review of the previous order that the Devaswom Managing Committee has no jurisdiction to transfer money from the Guruvayur Devaswom Fund to the Chief Minister's Disaster Relief Fund.

Earlier, a bench comprising Justice A. Hariprasad, Justice Anu Sivaraman and Justice M.R Anitha heard the petition. Following the retirement of Justice Hariprasad, Justice V. Shircy was reinstated in his place.
