Covid-19:  32 New Cases & Zero Deaths in Oman

Muscat –The Ministry of Health (MoH) on Thursday announced 32 new COVID-19 infections registered within the past 24 hours, taking the total number of cases registered in Oman to 388,603. There were no death cases reported during the same time.

‘The total number of COVID-19 related deaths reported in the country stands at 4,253,’ an MoH statement said. The ministry added that the total number of recoveries is 383,492 after 76 recoveries were reported on Thursday. The recovery rate is now 98.7 per cent.

‘There were 6 new hospitalisations in the past 24 hours. The total number of COVID-19 patients currently in health institutions is now 48, including 6 in Intensive Care Units,’ the statement explained.
