Prisoners of War exchanged while Russian forces step up attacks

Kyiv: 107 prisoners of war have been exchanged between Ukraine and Russia as the conflict continues.

Russia handed over soldiers, including those who were seriously injured, bedridden and had their limbs amputated during the fight to retake the city of Mariupol.

The Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement that 107 Russian soldiers who were released from Ukraine will be transferred to Moscow for treatment.

At the same time, Russia has stepped up its offensive aimed at destroying Ukraine's infrastructure.

The high-tension lines leading to the Zaporizhya Nuclear Power Plant were damaged and the power supply to the plant was interrupted again.

Russian forces have completely withdrawn from Kherson, where Ukraine is also advancing.

The withdrawal comes as Ukraine is accused of planning to destroy the Kakhokva Dam on the Dnipro River to destroy Russian forces.
All the people nearby have been asked to evacuate.

Russia, which temporarily withdrew from an UN-brokered agreement on food grain exports, decided to continue cooperation under pressure from Turkey.

The movement of food grains from Ukraine will not be interrupted. The British ambassador was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow to protest after accusing Britain of being behind the drone attack on Russia's Black Sea fleet in Crimea.

Due to Russia's withdrawal from the grain supply agreement, the UN's food supply to African countries, including Somalia, was out of order.
