NORKA UK Launches  Talent Mobile Drive for Employment Opportunities in Healthcare Sector

London - NORKA Roots, in collaboration with a leading NHS Trust in the UK, is hosting the "Talent Mobility Drive" aimed at healthcare professionals. The initiative presents abundant opportunities for Nurses and Operation Department Practitioners (ODP).

Potential candidates can avail themselves of weekly interviews with UK employers.

Applicants with a degree or diploma qualification and a valid IELTS/OET UK score are eligible to apply. In cases where candidates lack an IELTS/OET score, a conditional offer letter will be provided upon selection, with the requirement to pass the OET/IELTS within six months.

Interested individuals can submit their applications via email to [email protected], including their resume, OET/IELTS score, degree/diploma certificate, motivation letter, academic transcript, and nursing registration.

Job openings are open for General Medical & Surgical Nurses (B.Sc), Theater Nurses (B.Sc), and Mental Health Nurses (B.Sc) with specific experience requirements.

General Medical & Surgical Nurses should have at least one year of work experience in the last three years, Theater Nurses should have at least one year of work experience in the last two years, and Mental Health Nurses should possess Nursing Council registration and a minimum of six months of work experience in Psychiatry Ward.

For midwife positions, candidates who have completed a Nursing Diploma within the past two years do not need work experience. Alternatively, they should have one year of midwifery experience within the last three years.

Operation Department Practitioners (ODP) can also apply, with eligibility criteria including a BSc/Diploma in Operation Theater & Anesthesia Technologist or BSc Anesthesia Technologist, along with at least one year of work experience.

Successful candidates will receive permanent appointments, and upon becoming registered nurses, they will be offered a band 5 salary and other benefits.
