Diocesan Judge to Public Lawyer, Fr. Joseph Thazhathuvarikayil to Serve the General Public

Kochi - Fr. Joseph Thazhathuvarikayil MOCL, a young priest from the Eparchy of Palai will now serve as a public lawyer, serving the country and the general public.

Fr. Joseph previously held the position of a Diocesan judge in the Pala Diocesan Court for the past three years. He obtained his LLB from Mysore KN Naga Gowda Law College.

The 36-year-old Fr. Joseph is the son of Thazhathuvarikkayil Thomas and Pennamma, who live in Bharanganam. Roni and Rosmi are his siblings.
Mar Joseph Kallarangat, Bishop of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Eparchy of Palai; Fr.Thadathil Joseph Ph.D, Protosyncellus Eparchy of Palai, and many others extended their congratulations to him upon his recent induction as a lawyer.

Fr. Joseph Thazhathuvarikkayil marks the third priest from the Eparchy of Palai to embark on a legal career. Additionally, he holds the position of Manager, Industrial Estate (Dharma Deepam Society), Karoor and Assistant Director, The Palai Social Welfare Society (PSWS), Pala.

Preceding him, Fr. Joseph Kaduppil and Fr. Alvin Etumanoorkaran had also served as advocates.
