Spread across an 18,000-square-meter park, this impressive display, known as "the largest Nativity scene in the world," has previously graced cities like Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali. Originating in 2010, this initiative is spearheaded by Fabián Rojas, the manager of Nativity World, a company recognized by Guinness World Records four times for its achievements in Nativity scenes.

Nativity World's website highlights its accolades, including recognition for the "largest Nativity scene in the world" and the "greatest number of figures in a Nativity scene" (Colombia 2010-2011).

Families are invited to immerse themselves in the Christmas spirit, offering an opportunity to relive the essence of Christmas by interacting with life-sized representations of St. Joseph's carpenter shop, King Herod's palace, and the manger where Jesus was born.

Structures depicting key biblical scenes, such as the annunciation to the Virgin Mary, Herod's actions, the birth of Jesus, and the visit of the three Wise Men, allow visitors to experience a unique and interactive journey through the biblical narrative. Starting on December 16, attendees will participate in the traditional Christmas novena.

The monumental Nativity scene, dubbed "the largest in the world," will captivate audiences in Barranquilla until January 8.
