Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra color choices revealed ahead of official launch

Samsung is preparing for its highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked event, expected to take place next month. While the official date remains unconfirmed, leaked information points to January 22 as the probable launch day.

This event is expected to introduce the Galaxy S25 series, which will include the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, S25 Ultra, and S25 Slim models.

Ahead of the official unveiling, details about the Galaxy S25 Ultra have surfaced, particularly regarding its colour options. Well-known leaker @iceuniverse on X (formerly Twitter) revealed that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a new blue shade. A shared image displayed a grey swatch labeled "S25 Ultra. Blue," suggesting a blue-grey tone.

Previous leaks have hinted at other colour options for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, including space grey, deep blue, light blue, and grey. However, it remains unclear how distinct these shades are or whether these options will extend to other models in the S25 lineup.

Additional leaks provide insight into the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s specifications. The device is rumored to offer 16GB of RAM in its 512GB and 1TB variants, while the base 256GB model will feature 12GB of RAM. This represents a significant distinction within the Galaxy S25 series.

In Samsung's home market of South Korea, pre-orders for the Galaxy S25 series are expected to commence on January 24, 2025, and continue through February 3. Sales and deliveries are anticipated to start on February 7, with a similar schedule expected in international markets, including the United States.

With its upcoming flagship series, Samsung aims to set new benchmarks in design, performance, and user experience, building excitement as the Galaxy Unpacked event approaches.
