6.0-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Japan's Kyushu Region; No Immediate Damage Reported

A powerful earthquake measuring 6.0 on the Richter scale struck Japan's Kyushu region on Wednesday at 7:34 PM IST. The National Center for Seismology (NCS) reported that the earthquake's epicenter was located at a latitude of 31.09°N and longitude of 131.47°E, with a depth of 30 kilometers. 

Despite the strength of the tremor, there have been no immediate reports of significant damage or casualties. The Japan Meteorological Agency has not issued any tsunami warnings in response to the earthquake. 

Kyushu, the third-largest island of Japan, is known for its seismic activity. Local authorities have advised residents to remain vigilant and prepared for potential aftershocks.
