The prayer event, pulsating with youthful energy and devotion, was hosted by the Bathery Region and drew active participation from young faithful representing parishes across the diocese.

The vigil was led in its spiritual dimension by Fr. Jinto Thattuparambil, Director of the Dwarka Zion Retreate Centre, whose reflections and meditative guidance inspired a deep spiritual experience among the attendees. The evening featured adoration, praise and worship, and fervent prayers invoking the Holy Spirit.

Also present at the event were Fr. Jaison Kalliyatt, Director of the Bathery Region; Amal Thozhuthungal, Regional President; Sr. Nancy Kavungal SABS, Regional Animator; along with members of the KCYM State Senate, the Diocesan Syndicate, and various regional leaders and office bearers. Their presence added to the collective spirit of unity and renewal that marked the vigil.

The event served as a moment of spiritual awakening and reflection, especially significant during the Pentecostal season which commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit. Youth from different corners of the Mananthavady Diocese came together in a common prayerful bond, igniting their faith and commitment to Christian values.

The KCYM Diocesan Committee extended its heartfelt thanks to Fr. Thomas Manakunnel, Forona Vicar of Bathery, and Fr. Jude Vattakunnel, Assistant Vicar, for their support and blessings. Gratitude was also expressed to unit leaders, youth members, and volunteers whose coordination and dedication ensured the success of the vigil night.
