New Delhi: Following widespread disruptions that left millions of its subscribers without essential communication services for approximately three hours today, telecommunications giant Reliance Jio has announced that the technical issues have been fully resolved. The company asserts that its network and services are now operating without any ongoing interruptions.

Earlier today, a significant number of Jio users across various parts of India reported crippling problems, including the inability to make or receive calls, access mobile internet, and even utilize JioFiber broadband connections. The surge in complaints across social media platforms highlighted the extensive nature of the outage, which impacted daily activities from online education and remote work to critical media operations.

Users had expressed profound frustration, noting that today's incident was merely the latest in a troubling pattern of recurring network instabilities. However, in an official statement released in the late afternoon, Reliance Jio confirmed the rectification of the problem.
