A Marian pilgrimage center in the Thrissur Archdiocese has brought together voices from around the world in a moving tribute to faith and unity. As part of the 138th anniversary celebrations of Our Lady of Pompeii at Konchira Pari, a remarkable video titled “Japamani Naadam 2025” has been released, featuring the Rosary recited in 53 different languages, symbolizing a prayerful harmony across all seven continents.
What makes this initiative exceptional is its global embrace alongside Malayalam, the Rosary is heard in ancient Aramaic, the very language Jesus spoke, and in tongues from Europe to Asia, Africa to the Americas. The familiar line "Hail Mary, full of grace" is reverently echoed in languages like Hungarian, Russian, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Slovak, Greek, Chinese, Arabic, Sinhala, Hebrew, and several Indian regional languages.
The video was formally unveiled by Bishop Mar Joseph of the Gwalior Diocese at a special ceremony at the Konchira pilgrimage center in Thykkatti, where hundreds gathered in devotion. The spiritually rich production has quickly gained attention on digital platforms, with faithful viewers from around the globe praising it as a powerful symbol of the universality of prayer.
This creative devotional offering not only honors the deep Marian tradition of Konchira Pari but also reinforces a timeless truth: the message of the Rosary transcends all linguistic and geographical boundaries, uniting hearts in prayer from every corner of the earth.
