Mananthavady: The Kerala Catholic Youth Movement (KCYM) of Mananthavady Diocese is preparing for a soul-stirring evening of prayer and music with Carlo Night Eucharistic Musical Adoration, to be held on Sunday, September 7, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Dwaraka Zion Hall.
The event promises to blend the vibrancy of youth with the serenity of worship, offering an opportunity for participants to encounter the Eucharist in a unique way. Inspired by Blessed Carlo Acutis the young Italian teenager who used the Internet as a pathway to holiness Carlo Night aims to lead young people and the faithful into deeper communion with Christ through songs, reflections, and prayer.
Organisers describe the evening as an invitation to experience the Eucharist as a "rain of love" poured into the hearts of those who gather with their personal missions and prayers. The program will be marked by musical adoration, scripture-centered reflections, and heartfelt intercessions, seeking to awaken devotion and renew faith.
KCYM Mananthavady has extended an open invitation to all, encouraging families, parish communities, and young people in particular to take part in this encounter of faith. The gathering is expected to highlight the power of music in prayer, creating an atmosphere where participants can sing, pray, and reflect together before the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.
Through Carlo Night, the diocese hopes to inspire young people to embrace faith with joy and courage, just as Carlo Acutis once did, showing that holiness is not distant but possible in everyday life.
