Somerset: St. Thomas Syro Malabar Catholic Forane Church in Somerset, New Jersey, is set to host a devotional musical program titled Sneha Sangeerthanam on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. The initiative aims to raise funds for scholarships to support the education of underprivileged girls in Kerala under the program “Together For Her Tomorrow.”

The event will feature well-known devotional artists including Immanuel Henry, Roy Puthur, Merin Gregory, and Maria Kolady. Musical accompaniment will be provided by Yesudas George on keyboard, Jacob Samuel on bass, Harikumar Pandalam on tabla, and Aby Joseph on flute.
Tickets are priced at $25, while children enrolled in CCD, clergy, and religious members will be admitted free. Donations can be made through Zelle or QR code provided by the parish.

Organizers expect the program to draw a large number of faithful from the local community in support of the charitable cause.
The parish highlighted that the proceeds will directly contribute to the education of young women in Kerala, helping them pursue both school and higher studies. Community leaders described the event as a blend of faith, culture, and social responsibility, strengthening ties between the diaspora in the United States and the needs of families back home in India.
