Moscow: In a significant development in U.S.-Russia diplomatic engagements, Kirill Dmitriev, Russia’s special presidential envoy for economic cooperation and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, is scheduled to meet U.S. special representative Steve Witkoff in Moscow on Tuesday, sources close to the discussions confirmed.
