One of the main events during the session is the election of the office bearers who will lead the KCBC for the 2026 to 2028 term. The discussions and decisions are expected to guide the council’s work in the coming years.

As part of the global Church’s Jubilee of Hope celebrations, a special programme will be held tomorrow at 3 in the afternoon. All the bishops in Kerala will join together for a solemn community Holy Mass at the POC. KCBC Deputy Secretary Rev Dr Thomas Tharayil announced the details and said the event will highlight unity and hope within the Church community. The session is expected to conclude with reflections on pastoral activities and priorities for the future.
