The prayer intentions were entrusted to the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network, which was received in audience by Pope Leo on Friday morning. Speaking to Vatican News, Fr. Cristóbal Fones, International Director of the Network, highlighted the relevance of these intentions in an era characterized by rapid pace and constant change. “We live in a world which is running all the time, very fast,” he said. “The task of the Prayer Network is to foster a deeper connection with the Lord, with ourselves, and with one another.”
