A True Perth Gem - St. Helena of Holy Cross Ellenbrook Leads in Faith, Service, and Community

Perth: St. Helena of Holy Cross Church in Ellenbrook is shining brightly as a beacon of faith and community across Perth. In 2024, this parish achieved a remarkable milestone, celebrating a record number of conversions to Catholicism. This year, even greater participation in the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults and Young People (RCIA) is anticipated, as more individuals embark on their spiritual journey.

Join the Journey to Catholic Faith
St. Helena’s extends a heartfelt invitation to those interested in discovering or deepening their Catholic faith. The RCIA program offers a welcoming path for anyone looking to be baptized or convert to Catholicism.

For Adults: Join every Wednesday at 7:00 pm at St. Helena of Holy Cross Church for catechesis sessions that prepare for full membership in the Catholic Church.
For Young People: Catechesis for young seekers is held every Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Holy Cross College, providing a supportive environment to explore the faith.

The RCIA program spans a year and includes scripture study, group discussions, prayer, and fellowship, culminating in the sacraments of baptism, confirmation, and Eucharist during Easter 2025. Everyone is welcome, whether starting a faith journey or deepening an existing commitment.
