Chennai:  In a remarkable gathering, more than 1.5 million devotees attended the Holy Relics Exhibition held at the Amala Othbhava Church in Chromepet, Chennai, from August 15 to 17, 2025, as part of the Global Jubilee Year celebrations.

The exhibition featured relics of 1,500 saints, including apostles, martyrs, mystics, missionaries, and theologians, drawing devotees from across the country. The event provided an opportunity for attendees to connect deeply with the spiritual heritage of the Church.

The opening Holy Mass on August 15 was led by former Archbishop A.M. Chinnappa of Madras-Mylapore. The subsequent days included Masses celebrated by Bishop George Antonysamy and Bishop Sahayaraj. Services were conducted in multiple languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, English, Telugu, Hindi, and Latin, to accommodate the diverse attendees.
