Washington: The creators of the popular series "The Chosen" are set to release a new animated show, "The Chosen Adventures," on October 17, 2025. The series will be available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, with all 14 episodes released at once, each running for approximately 11 minutes.

The show follows the life of Jesus Christ through the eyes of two imaginative nine-year-olds, Abby and Joshua, living in the ancient city of Capernaum. Their encounters with Jesus, portrayed as a wise craftsman and teacher, spark adventures that bring lessons of compassion, faith, and understanding. The series blends humor and heartwarming moments, making it suitable for both children and adults.

The voice cast includes Jonathan Roumie reprising his role as Jesus, along with Paul Walter Hauser, Yvonne Orji, Romy Fay, Jude Zarzaur, Danny Nucci, Zehra Fazal, Jordin Sparks, Paras Patel, Elizabeth Tabish, Noah James, George H. Xanthis, Joey Vahedi, Yasmine Al-Bustami, Brandon Potter, Banks Pierce, and Julian Grant.

Produced by 5&2 Studios, the series is led by writer and showrunner Ryan Swanson, with Dallas Jenkins, creator of "The Chosen," serving as executive producer. Other producers involved include Chris Juen, Chad Gundersen, Keith Alcorn, Kellen Erskine, Derral Eves, Erin Elizabeth Gardner, and Myesha Gosselin.

While the series will debut on Amazon Prime Video, it is expected to be made available on YouTube later in the year, allowing a wider audience to experience it. "The Chosen Adventures" offers families a fresh and engaging way to explore the life and teachings of Jesus through the perspective of children.
