Migrant Nurses Ireland, an organization established approximately two years ago to assist overseas nurses navigating their rights and living in Ireland, emphasizes the importance of fostering an open and equitable workplace for all nursing staff. Varghese Joy, a spokesperson for Migrant Nurses Ireland, stressed the need for a culture that values fairness, formal investigations of complaints, and the assurance that these concerns will be heard, fairly assessed, and appropriately addressed.
