Authorities revealed that no emergency call had been made prior to the crash, and the aircraft had been granted clearance for landing. According to Mahmud, the aircraft's initial contact with the Subang Air Traffic Control Tower occurred at 2.47 p.m., followed by the granting of landing clearance just a minute later, at 2.48 p.m.
Tragically, at 2.51 p.m., air traffic controllers at the Subang tower witnessed smoke emanating from the crash site. Disturbingly, despite the unfolding emergency, no distress call or mayday signal was issued by the aircraft. Mahmud conveyed this information through an official statement.
The CAAM disclosed that the ill-fated flight had been operated by Jet Valet Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian private jet services company.
