New Delhi - On Sunday, India successfully repatriated 143 individuals, including two Nepalese citizens, from Israel. This operation, known as 'Operation Ajay,' was initiated 11 days ago to assist Indian nationals in returning home due to the Hamas-Israel conflict.
Announcing the latest development, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi mentioned in a post on 'X' that the 6th #OperationAjay flight had arrived in New Delhi with 143 passengers, including two Nepalese citizens.
Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste received the passengers at the airport. So far, more than 1,200 individuals have returned from Israel in the previous five chartered flights conducted under 'Operation Ajay.'
