Starting with Palm Sunday on March 24th, Pope Francis will lead a special Mass in St. Peter's Square at 10:00 am, remembering Jesus' entry into Jerusalem.
On Holy Thursday morning at 9:30 am, Pope will preside over the Chrism Mass in St. Peter's Basilica, emphasizing the unity among priests.
The following evening, on Good Friday, there will be a solemn Celebration of the Lord's Passion at 5:00 pm in St. Peter's Basilica, followed by the traditional Via Crucis (Way of the Cross) at the Colosseum in Rome at 9:15 pm.
Continuing the tradition, Pope Francis will lead the Easter Vigil Mass on Holy Saturday evening at 7:30 pm in St. Peter's Basilica, marking the anticipation of the Resurrection.
On Easter Sunday morning, Pope will celebrate a joyful Mass in St. Peter's Square at 10:00 am, followed by his special blessing to Rome and the world from the central loggia of St. Peter's Basilica at noon, sharing a message of hope and renewal.
