Triple Win project : Flight tickets handed over to first batch

NORKA Roots distributed travel tickets to the first batch of nurses selected for work in Germany as part of the Triple Win project. Resident Vice Chairman P. Sri Ramakrishnan handed over the tickets to Ayona Jose (Kottayam) and Jyothi Shyju (Thrissur) at a function held at NORKA Roots centre, Trivandrum. Both will leave for Germany from Kochi on September 25.

Sri Ramakrishnan stated that NORKA Roots is trying to find global employment opportunities not only in the field of emergency services but also in other sectors. He said that transparency and honesty are essential for recruiting agencies.


Ayona Jose and Jyoti Shyju expressed their gratitude at the ceremony for realizing a big dream in their life and for the support of NORKA Roots. Both of them are going to Germany after learning the German language. Four more nurses from the first batch will be going to Germany next month once the visa procedures are completed.

Triple Win is a nursing recruitment scheme jointly implemented by state government entities NORKA Roots and the German government. The aim is to recruit nursing professionals from Kerala to the healthcare sector in Germany.


As part of the project, German language study in Kerala and post-arrival in Germany, travel expenses and recruitment fees are completely free. The procedures for the third batch of Triple Win are currently in progress.

NORKA Roots C.E.O. K. Harikrishnan Namboothiri, General Manager Ajith Kolassery, Recruitment Manager Shyam T.K, German Agency for International Coordination (GIZ) Advisor Sunesh Chandran and Coordinator Cyril Cyriac also participated in the program.
